Returns/Refund Policy

This Returns/Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the returns and refunds for products purchased from MediSage Health (“Website”) operated by Medisage Health Pvt Ltd (“Company”). By making a purchase on the Website or through our on-ground staff, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Returns

1.1. You may request a return of a product purchased from the Website or from our on-ground staff immediately on Delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.3. Certain products, such as liquids items or products with hygiene concerns, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description or contact customer support for more information.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit note will automatically be applied to your account

2.3. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We only return or exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our ground staff to arrange for a replacement.

4. Return Process

4.1. To initiate a return, please contact our ground staff and share relevant photos of damaged products.

4.2. Upon confirmation by our staff, a credit note will be issued to you which can be applied in your next order

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer support immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Exceptions

6.1. This Policy does not apply to products purchased through third-party websites or retailers. Please refer to the return policy of the respective seller.

6.2. This Policy does not apply to products that have been tampered with, altered, or misused by the customer.
